Persian short course in the Autumn

CAIS is offering a four-week course in Elementary Persian II.

Elementary Persian II aims at improving the students’ ability to read, write and speak Modern Standard Persian. They will also have the opportunity to acquire post-elementary conversation skills to interact in routine aspects of everyday life situations. Emphasis is on mastering fluency in using Persian to satisfy basic everyday life linguistic needs. This course assumes introductory knowledge of the alphabet and the basic grammar. It is designed to develop the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. There will also be an emphasis on culture through the in-class use of audio-visual material.

The course will consist of five hours of classes per week over five weeks from 14 May — 6 June 2019.

If you enjoy this course you can continue your studies with either an in-class or online Introductory Persian course.
