Kyle is a PhD Candidate who has a varied professional and academic background. He completed a BCom at the University of Melbourne and an MA at SOAS (University of London). His professional experience spans private, public and civil society sectors. This includes management consulting (Strategy and Operations), as well as humanitarian and development project design and management in the Middle East, including managerial roles within humanitarian-development-peace (Triple Nexus) projects, where he studied Arabic.

Kyle’s multidisciplinary research at ANU applies a worldview-based approach to the study of societal participation and inclusion in Australia.

His research interests include:
