CAIS Director Prof. Amin Saikal was invited to attend the 'Ethics in Decision Making' conference of the InterAction Council of Former Heads of State in Vienna on 27 March 2014. Professor Saikal presented a paper at the conference entitled 'Jihadi and Ijtihadi Islam, and Western Perceptions'.
