The conflict in Ukraine has had a huge impact on Central Asia’s domestic and international politics. While the region’s leaders have desperately tried to stay neutral, the renewed geopolitical struggle has forced them to make difficult choices against the background of mounting economic, security and environmental problems.
This event will bring together three experts from the Australian National University to discuss Central Asia’s current domestic, regional and international situation and provide insights into its likely evolution in the near future.
